Our Community!
The Broken Sound Master Association (BSMA) was formed in 1985 as the “umbrella” association over a PUD (Planned Unit Development) of 28 Associations (known as Villages), two apartment communities, the Broken Sound Country Club and 3 commercial parcels.
Our Mission
Preserving, maintaining and enhancing all the common (shared) property through volunteer leadership.
Promoting the health, safety and social welfare of our owners.
Maintaining landscaping, sidewalks and roadways in the common areas.
Controlling the architectural design specifications and modifications in the PUD.
