Certificate of Compliance Edit page

There is a $4,000 fee for a completed Certificate of Compliance and payment should be made payable to the Broken Sound Master Association (BSMA).  The payment should be paid at closing and listed on the settlement statement.  If payment is NOT listed on the closing settlement statement, the buyer will be required to make payment when registering with the BSMA Office.  Please complete this form in its entirety and submit to BSMA as soon as possible.

*Please send a copy of the completed Estoppel from the Management Company to BSMA.  

*Rush orders (anything requested within 5 business days) requires a $100.00 Rush Fee.

This form is MANDATORY for all Broken Sound Property Sales.
